Responsibility

• Oversee operational processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Conduct internal audits and prepare compliance reports.
• Monitor and enforce company policies and regulations.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Identify areas of improvement and risk mitigation.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Management, Finance, or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in operations or compliance roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
